These B2CLOUD Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), together with other additional terms and conditions that apply to certain of our services and features as presented on the B2CLOUD website (“btocloud.eu Website,” and collectively, the “B2CLOUD Terms”), together constitute the entire terms and conditions that apply to any visitor or user of the btocloud.eu website and/or any other service, application, and features we offer in this context, unless expressly stated otherwise. You may visit and/or use the B2CLOUD services only if you accept the terms without reservation.

By registering or using any of the services on our site, you express your informed consent to these terms of use and any other terms and conditions that apply to your use of any Service on the site.

If you do not read, understand, and/or accept the Terms of the site, you must immediately refrain from or cease using our services or contact us by email for more information at: connect@btocloud.fr.

• User account

 

In order to use and access certain sections and features of our site, you must first register and create an account (“User Account”). We strongly recommend that you keep your User Account credentials confidential and do not allow third parties to access them, as you will be fully responsible for any actions taken through your User Account (including all related representations, warranties, and agreements).

 

You must provide accurate and complete information for which you hold exclusive rights when you open your User Account and when you use B2CLOUD services. In the event of a dispute regarding the ownership of a User Account, we reserve the right to suspend the account in question.

 

You may stop using and request to cancel your User Account at any time. The effective date and time for such cancellation are those on which you have completed the cancellation process in writing (email or postal mail). If your User Account is canceled (whether at your request or at B2CLOUD's discretion), this may result in the loss of certain content, features, or capabilities of your User Account.

 

You may contact our DPO at any time at connect@btocloud.fr to obtain a copy of your data or request that your data be deleted.

 

• Security

 

B2CLOUD is committed to providing its users with secure access to its services through its hosting partners, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to our Services, including the implementation of a private, non-public user forum; the transmission of sensitive payment information through our dedicated purchase forms is protected by an SSL/TLS encrypted connection that meets PCI industry standards.

 

B2CLOUD uses a development platform that complies with current security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC2).

 

All sensitive data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ and automatic SSL. All data at rest is encrypted using AES 256.

 

We use payment solutions with anti-fraud protection. Our sites are protected from DDoS attacks and via SOCs (Security Operation Centers) equipped with SIEM.

 

For security reasons, we do not accept registration and login procedures for our services using generic email addresses. Only professional email addresses are accepted.

 

Similarly, we do not allow registration and connection to our services via third-party authorization platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google login.

 

All registration procedures on our platform are subject to approval by our administrator.

• Supply Chain Security Checking- 

 

We apply a security verification process for each of our suppliers. If one of our suppliers does not comply with our security processes, we may be forced to terminate all business relationships with them.

• Intellectual Property

 

The trademarks “B2CLOUD,” “Business to Cloud,” and GCTI are registered community trademarks protected by the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and the INPI.

Furthermore, you are strictly prohibited from using these trademarks for advertising, promotional, or commercial representation purposes of any kind without the express written permission of the owner, “B2CLOUD SAS.”

Our recommendation methods are patented, and any patent infringement is prohibited and subject to prosecution.

• Copyright

 

Any copying, modification, reuse, creation of derivative works, and transmission to third parties of content available on the btocloud.eu website is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright rules.
