Accessing and visiting the btocloud.eu website does not require you to provide any personal data. However, access to some of our services (contact forms, expertise request forms, member area registration, booking form) can only be granted once you have provided your contact details, including at least a professional email address. See the terms of use for the “User Account” platform below.
The Personal Information we collect is mainly relational and commercial in nature (e.g., email address or phone number), accounting (name, billing address, payment method), based on your consent, for example when subscribing to a newsletter or booking one of our online services.

Our users' personal information are stored in France by our respective hosting providers. We do not share any of your information with third parties, whether they are business partners or customers, without your tacit and explicit consent. See our legal notices.

Data Retention
We may retain your Personal Information for as long as your User Account is active. We may continue to retain this Personal Information even after your User Account has been deactivated and/or you have ceased using any particular Service on the site, in order to comply with legal and/or accounting requirements. When your Personal Information is no longer required, we ensure that it is permanently deleted.

We may use your Personal Information to send promotional content and messages by email, sales calls, and similar forms of communication. In order to comply with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, we no longer use Google's ReCAPTCHA service on any of our websites.
